When I first received this necklace I was surprised that it came in a lovely little fabric covered box with a satin pillow to store it in. The necklace is truly beautiful. The only problem I had with it was that the lobster claw clasp kept coming off. So, I moved it over to the other side and haven't had a problem since. I'm left handed and now it's perfect. I adore this necklace and feel like a queen when I wear it. It also comes with a little bio and picture of the artisan from India who makes them. It's so unusual and has so many garnets that it covers most of my décolletage (upper chest area). You will not be disappointed by this necklace. Enjoy!
