I received my oil burners in perfect condition. They were just in time for a small dinner party I was having. First of all they are beautiful little houses with removable roofs for adding your oil. The scent comes through the chimmney of the house. They are conversational pieces for sure. In each box (set of two) was a postcard of appreciation from the artisan with a picture of a beautiful temple in Thailand. Not only was this a nice touch, it raised my awareness of WorldStock and the wonderful thing they are doing around the globe. The practical side of me found out something else about my oil burners. The materials used and the way they are constructed actually burn insense oil in a very conservative manner. A bit of oil lasts much longer than in other burners I have. I love them.

I love this little oil or tart burners. They are very well made and have a very nice color. I especially enjoyed the postcard from Thailand included from the artist! You can't go wrong with these!!

These oil burners are a great value. I also appreciated the letter from the artist in Thailand. Because they are (2) ceramic and not glass, they do not require as much care for placing on tables and other areas you would worry about the heat. I buy as many "Free Trade" items as I can.

I was looking for an oil burner to help get rid of cooking smells that permeate throughout the house, and this was perfect! I love how unique and cozy this oil burner looks, and it works very fast in spreading fragrance. I particularly chose this one because I liked how the roof covered the oil/water mixture (most oil burners have the liquid completely exposed), letting the scent escape through the chimney. And if you look carefully at the correct angle, you can actually see smoke/steam/heat coming out of the chimney. Very cute. The only downside is that after lighting the candle, the entire device gets too hot to touch, but that's probably true for most oil burners. Also, it was great that I got a pair that come separately packaged. I'm keeping one packed up for now in case I want to give it as a gift in the future. (Also, Overstock.com has AMAZING customer service and are super nice and friendly. I had a small issue that they worked to resolve very quickly!)

Nice alternative to all the dragon, star, new age oil burners out there. It's cute and always in place to use to help make the house smell nice!

These just arrived and I had been waiting to receive them all week, I read the other reviews and decided to buy them for my home...they are so perfect and beautiful that I couldn't keep them both for me...I am giving one to my mother tonight!!! I am planning to buy more of these to place around my home...a word to the wise...go to a life/organic grocery and buy their lovely oil and you will fall in love with both...

I just received these and they are beautiful. The price is great and they also make great housewarming gifts. I love that there are 2 you can keep one and give one as a gift. I kept one and gave one to my mother, she loved it. Love It!!!
