Are you phasing these out, or do you expect to receive more of these back in stock in other colors (like you used to carry)? Thanks!
I bought these panels in brown (4) and ivory (4) for two different rooms in my house. They arrived within just a matter of days and looked lovely in the packaging. The chocolate panels are a true dark brown, but the ivory panels actually look white. I decided to wash them to take out the lines from being folded in the packaging. Unfortunately, several of the pearl buttons broke in the drier. So, I would recommend washing them and letting them air dry, or not washing them at all. They came out of the dryer very wrinkly so I then had to press each of the panels - and even then, I wasn't really able to get rid of all the wrinkles. These panels are made out of very light weight fabric, are very sheer (they will NOT block out any light), and definitely have some imperfections throughout....however, I like the somewhat wrinkly, linen, casual, beachy look, so these panels are perfect for me and the decor in my house. I have very large and tall windows, so I bought 2 sets of each color hoping that 2 panels on each side would look full enough, but I would even recommend buying 3 sets (6 total panels) so that each side has 3 panels. All in all, I'm pleased with how they look and how inexpensive they were....

This product was created in North Western India. Once the British removed its armed forces from the region in the late 40's a majority of the industries available for the local economy disappeared with them. The indigenous people went back to the traditional crafts and furniture manufacturing that they had known for generations. Several hub cities of industry have flourished, creating numerous, sustainable, and stable jobs for the people of the surrounding villages, to augment the time in between harsh growing seasons. The industry that has been created by products like this has created an unprecedented number of schools, hospitals, and improvements in infrastructure. This industry has truly created a renaissance in economic growth in the region.

I bought some of these about 2 years ago, and bought more to match, they have changed the style from a few years ago but i like them even more. These are pretty sheer, I got them in brown and they are kindof organic looking, the bottons are beautifull and very high quality. It is hardto find a good button top curtain. I have them in 2 rooms of my home and get many compliments on them.Read More
These curtains are awesome for our tropical Florida climate. I bought the color labeled Ash and they give a very high end look when hung with chocolate brown matchstick blinds. I look they would also work in a more northern climate in the summertime. And the price cannot be beat. I like my curtains to puddle down at the bottom and with the extra length on these, they certainly do puddle. I've already ordered more in other colors. 5 Stars because they are a great value at this price. I have a lot of experience with sewing home decor items and you could never make these for the price they sell for.Read More
These are super long. But the mother of pearl buttons really are quite beautiful. The curtains are not very wide, so it's good to get an extra one, just in case. I like how sheer they are, because they provide shade and privacy better than white sheers, but you can still see outside. Our cat enjoys watching the shadows of the leaves as they move across curtain...so it's not like they are going to block much light, but they do keep prying eyes out! They're actually kind of classy.Read More

The curtains should be listed as sheers rather than curtains but I knew to expect that from reading the reviews. I also knew that the faded rose would be on the orange side. I would say the faded rose is orange. My husband says they are peach. So I guess the best description is an orangy-peach or a peachy-orange. After I read the reviews I knew I wanted these because the sheerness, not true color and imperfections would make them unique and add interest. They are being used in my living room where I wanted to add some color over the white blinds. They are open most of the time for the color punch and I close them to filter the strong sunlight in the afternoon which casts a beautiful glow over the room without blocking the light completely. They float in a breeze and add some casualness to my overly formal room. When I received them I washed them and hemmed to the length I needed. After I hung them I steamed them and they drape nicely. They did not shrink after washing and drying but came out very wrinkled, so expect to iron or steam. I hear a lot of "wows" and "where did you get those", from guests when they first walk into the room.Read More
I was really pleased with these curtains.... at first. I got them about 8 months ago, since then, many of the buttons holding the curtains up have fallen off. They are never pulled on, as I don't have kids, they just fell off... I bought 4 pair, for my two huge downstairs windows. I'm past the return period, and dissapointed. I don't think they have a warranty.Read More
I've been searching for affordable curtains long enough for my tall windows. These are great -- beautiful sheer voile with mother of pearl buttons on the tabs. Exactly what I was looking for.Read More
Just what I have been looking for....The curtains I bought are the chocolate and the color is just like the picture. they are not thick at all they are kind of like sheer, you will be able to see through them..something that I have been looking for. How to Measure for Curtains
Curtains add privacy and style to a room, but before you buy a set, you'll need to know which size is right. You'll find that curtains usually come in lengths of 63 inches, 84 inches, 95 inches, 108 inches, and 120 inches. The length you choose will depend on the look that you want as well as the placement of your curtain rod.
How to Adjust Tension Rods
Curtains are a great way to accent the decor in every room in the house. Tension rods, also called spring rods, are curtain hardware which allow you to hang window curtains, wall curtains or shower curtains without installing curtain rod hardware on the walls. If an existing tension rod slips or if you want to change the curtain panels or add curtain rings, you may need to remove and adjust the rod before putting it back in place. Tension rods are positioned between two facing surfaces, such as the interior frame of a window or the opposing sides of a shower cubicle.
How to Hang a Valance and Curtains
Hanging a valance and curtains over your window will add dimension, texture and style to any room. Window curtains with a valance give your window treatments a finished, designer look. If you want to block out light, a valance and full-length blackout panel curtain is your best choice. If you are more interested in decoration and only need to block minimal light, then a valance over sheer curtains is a good choice. It's important to measure the window and decide what type of curtains you want before you buy the curtain hardware. A cafe rod will be sufficient to support a sheer curtain, but you will need a stronger curtain rod to support heavier fabrics such as blackout panels. Also, the larger the window, the sturdier the curtain rod will need to be.
How to Create a Bishop's Sleeve Window Treatment
A bishop's sleeve window treatment is a single curtain panel that has been tied in several places to make it look like the billowing sleeve seen on formal bishop's sleeve blouses, which is fuller at the top and gathered at the end. A bishop's sleeve window treatment looks best in formal living rooms or dining rooms and can be done easily using curtains you already have. You can create this look yourself in a matter of minutes.

How to Install Blackout Curtains
Blackout curtains can keep a room cool and dark even when it's bright and sunny outside. A completely dark room is a wonderful thing if you have a job that requires you to work all night or even if you just want a dark room for watching a movie when it's light outside. In addition, blackout window treatments help you conserve energy by keeping heat in and cold out or vice versa. You have two choices when it comes to installing blackout curtains: You can buy curtains that come with blackout liners already sewn in, or you can add panels of blackout fabric to the curtains you already own.

Popular Types of Quilts
Out of all the bedding made, quilts may be the most diverse. Quilts are produced in all kinds of colors, patterns, sizes, styles and types. If you're looking for a quilt but don't know where to start, take a look at the popular types of quilts below to learn more about this beautiful kind of bedding. Amish quilts: These beautiful quilts reflect the Amish way of living and feature solid colors, deep hues, geometric patterns and very little embellishment. Amish quilts contain the highest quality of construction and stitching, and, sometimes, the wonderful stitch patterns (scrolls, feathers) contrast with the simple backgrounds of their quilts. Applique quilts: These quilts use a French needlework technique where fabric pieces are sewn onto another piece of material to create a design. Applique is used extensively in the quilting process and is not to be confused with patchwork. Patchwork pieces are joined together; applique is sewn on top of the whole piece. Baltimore album quilts: Baltimore album quilts came from Maryland in the early 1800s. Each block in the design of these quilts is appliqued differently, often in ornate floral patterns. Bangladeshi quilts: These quilts are made with layers of Saree cloth. Saree cloth is silk cloth used by women of India to wrap and fold around the body as a garment. The cloth is usually 40 to 60 inches wide by 6 yards long. These quilts are used as bedding or as decorative pieces. Bargello quilts: Bargello quilts are created with offset squares in an up-and-down geometric "V" pattern. The small squares of different fabrics and the colorful designs make these quilts true works of art. Hawaiian quilts: Hawaiian quilts are not pieced, and they usually showcase a large, symmetrical applique in the center of the quilt. Most often the background is white or another solid color. Patchwork quilts: Patchwork quilts are constructed of many small pieces of fabric which are put together in an improvised or irregular pattern. This is a well-known quilt style, and examples of historical patchwork quilts are found in many museums. Ralli quilts: Ralli quilts, sometimes known as rilli quilts, are traditional quilts made in India or Pakistan. There is an abundance of embroidery as well as applique on the patchwork patterns. Star quilts: Star quilts are created with a large star shape, or several star shapes, dominating the pattern. Wedding ring quilts: Wedding ring quilts are crafted in a design of interlocking rings. This pattern goes far back in history: in the fourth century it was used to decorate drinking cups in Rome. Wedding ring quilts are highly popular and make wonderful wedding gifts. If you're looking for a gift to please an engaged couple, you can't go wrong with a wedding quilt. Bedding always makes a significant gift for the bride and groom, and a quilt with coordinating Egyptian cotton sheets can be even better. View All Quilts Back to Guides Directory View All Quilts
How to Hang Drapery Hooks
When you need to quickly hang hemmed drapes or curtains, drapery hooks are an effective and easy-to-use option. The basic style of this curtain hardware staple is a single wire folded against itself; one end has a sharp prong and the other end is bent into a curved hook. In fact, these hooks, also known as drapery pins, almost look like large fishing hooks. Variations of this type of curtain hardware include additional prongs, angled hooks and blunt tips. All drapery pins and hooks work the same way, and the technique is fairly easy to master. If you're looking for a simple window treatment project, these hooks are the ideal drapery hardware because you can successfully hang drapes and curtains with them without a lot of time, hassle or tools.
