Soooooo cool to have because it's so different. Perfect to dress up or down and no worries about the bag standing out with ANYthing I wear...goes with everything because of the vintage look. Since it's so different, I have gotten tons of compliments on it. Very functional. I was worried about the "no pockets" because a single mom has to have everything in it's place. But the bag holds it's shape enough to allow me to put what I need and still be able to reach it w/o any problems. Very light and fun! BEST PART was the packaging. I was so thrilled with the unique paper and bags it came it...leaf printed pressed paper...NIiiiiiCCCCEEEEE :o) VERY cooool! Very well made -- seems and stitching is very strong! Ger one girls!

The purse is absolutely adorable yes! Just as pictured! However, on the first day I got it, I already lost the beads. I have had it not even a week ... and one side of the gold string/ rope that wraps around to make the handle of the purse where the beads are UNRAVELED and it looks awful now. I saw where the maker just glued it on and that glue is not good at all. I am not rough or anything with the purse so due to normal wear and tear for the long run, I can see where it could come off. However, again, I have only had it for less than a week. I dont know what else to think or even expect as to what is going to happen now to the purse or what else will break or come off. For the price, not worth it at all because poorly put together ... poor construction.

I bought this purse for my daughter for Christmas. I lived in Asia for several years and am aware of the excellent to poor quality that exists depending on the skill involved. In addition I ordered a few things for myself which were delivered quickly. When the purse arrived, promptly as well, I couldn't stop myself from opening it even though it was in the neatest wrapping. After inspecting it (carefully so that I could re-pack it properly) I was overjoyed. Beautiful!! Couldn't be happier, thanks Overstock.

I ordered this bag 4 years ago (just getting around to writing a review). I still use it. It's the perfect everday bag and unique. I always get compliments on it. I rather this than any overpriced Louis/Gucci/Made in a Chinese Sweatshop for Pennies on the Dollar bag.

I ordered this a while ago. It's a beautiful looking bag but very cheaply assembled. Within two weeks of usage, several buttons fell off and the ties came loose. I now use it as a work bag.

This is such a great bag! It looks expensive and exotic. I am short and if I have it on my shoulder it reaches my hips, but that may not be the case for a taller person. It could be just slightly bigger, but I like it a lot as it is. Also, it comes wrapped in 2 beautiful pieces of hand-made paper with a description of the bag, the designer and some info on the program that supports it (National Geographic). This would make a perfect gift for anyone!

The purse completly lived up to my expectations and I love that I finally found one that suits my personality. The inner pocket is great. With the main pocket being deep and darkly colored it is difficult to find things.

I was a little disappointed in the look(in person) for the money that was paid. The purse looks as if it could have been sold by a street vendor for $5.00

This handbag is great because it does not look like what everyone else is carrying, but is still trendy because of its exotic look. The colors are neutral enough to coordinate with most any outfit but the design is far from plain. There was only one problem with my order: one of the laces on the handle came loose. I tied it back and it almost looks like it did originally. I don't think it would be easy to do it exactly like it was, so be prepared to return the product or to get creative. Still totally worth what I paid for it!!!

I was very disappointed in this item. The look and size was not what I expected and its made on the cheapest side.The only the second poor purchase for me.

The bag is a change from the normal handbag feel. It's very light material but nice to look at. If you don't have much in it, you can feel as if you don't have anything on your shoulder. It's all material and nothing in the bottom to give it stability, but it doesn't really need it. It was rolled up into a small package. I thought I was shipped the wrong item. After I saw it, I smiled.

I love this bag - usually these types of bags don't have small zippered area for wallets, keys etc but I was surprised to see a well made one. Overall it is well made and attracts a lot of compliments!

I purchased this bag as a Christmas gift for a friend of mine in New Zealand.I inspected it before mailing,and was very pleased. It was mailed just a few days before Christmas so she has not received it yet but I am sure she will love it as I did!

I really love this bag! It it so unique and beautifully detailed, and I love that it is handmade. It took a while to get it, since it was coming from Thailand, but when it came it was beautifully wrapped and well worth the wait. Because it is handmade and somewhat delicate, I don't think that it is meant to be for everyday use, but it does make a unique addition.

I love this bag. However, shoulder bags are often uncimfortable. Also, the material looks as though it will not take hard wear. However, I bought it for casual dinner occasions, and it is great for that.

the purse is nice but I would not say that I would use it on a daily basis it will not hold up the material is nice but I can see where it will start to fall apart if used alot already lost a few beads
