Story Behind the Art:
Thailand's Jiap Rojjana got her inspiration after visiting a silk shop. 'Such a wide range of beautifully colored, intricate cloth patterns mesmerized me! I bought some cloth to make myself a dress. With the scrap pieces of silk, I made a few cushions and gave them to a friend, who liked them so much that she wanted to buy some to give to her friends. Eventually I was able to sufficiently support my two children and had enough money to send some to my parents, brother and sister.'

Only For Petites and Tweens: Shorter than stated
The bag was beautiful and well-made. When I ordered it, I knew by the measurement that it wouldn't be long enough to be a cross-body sling, but I'd read reviews that said how well this style stays on the shoulder, so I ordered it. I expected the pouch portion to hit my hip. Well, only the bottom of the the pouch does, and I'm only 5'5". It not only looks funny due to the length, but the straps expand wider than the pouch itself, also not shown in the picture. Due to the "oddness" of it's proportions, I'd rate it lower. However, if someone is around 5 feet tall, this may work out well for them, and as I said, it's a beautiful bag. I'd only recommend this to petite ladies or children.
