Story Behind the Art:
These scarves are produced in a small workshop in Denpasar, Bali, owned by young educated females who give opportunities to less fortunate females in town. Their business vision and talent is helping lives of many of these women by creating lots of jobs in this town. This workshop works with lots of Batik art panels that provides local female quilters and fabric artists with opportunities to combine an ancient art form with a contemporary use.

Didn't like this item as much as I thought. It was a crayon bright green rather than hunter green and the weave was looser than expect

very pretty
pretty pin color and pattern, but the pattern is not as bold as the photo. the gold is a little softer. just a note about delivery: it took over 10 days to receive it so if you are in a hurry you need to expedite the shipment.
