Neeti co-founded 'Sumearth' with a mission to promote sustainable livelihoods. They work with women's group in Bihar specializing in embroidery as well as other artisan groups. 'Sumearth comes from the Hindi word Samarth, meaning able. By spelling it differently, it also suggests the sum(core)of the earth.'
