Jiap Rojjana was born into a farming family. Her parents worked hard to send the children to school. Jiap wanted to continue his education, so she set off to northern Thailand, looking for work to pay for university.'The idea of working with textiles came after visiting a silk shop. Such a wide range of beautifully colored, intricate cloth patterns mesmerized me! I bought some cloth to make myself a dress. With scrap pieces, I made a few cushions for a friend, who liked them so much, she offered to buy more as gifts. So, I started making clothes, wall hangings, table runners, cushion covers and more in beautiful silk and cotton. I became enthralled; I was doing something I loved and bringing in an income. Eventually, I was able to support my two children and send money to my parents, brother and sister.'

Smaller than I thought...
While this bag is beautiful, it is a lot smaller than I thought it would be. Just a note for anyone who may be interested in it!

Great purse
I love the purse. It's pretty and light weight. The only thing I would change is; I would make the interior a lighter color... maybe the same color as the exterior. It's just hard to find something in that black abyss.
