Story Behind the Art:
Thailand's Jiap Rojjana got her inspiration after visiting a silk shop. 'Such a wide range of beautifully colored, intricate cloth patterns mesmerized me! I bought some cloth to make myself a dress. With the scrap pieces of silk I made a few cushions and gave them to a friend, who liked them so much that she wanted to buy some to give to her friends. Eventually I was able to sufficiently support my two children and had enough money to send some to my parents, brother and sister.'

Amazing Bag!
It is a really nice bag. It's well made and lightweight. I have recieved many compliments on it already. I would definitely reccomend it to someone else. I love that it's so unique!

big bag
I was surprised to find out that this bag actually has three total pockets and is big enough to fit a 2 1/2 inch binder, a big water bottle, and a small book while fitting plenty of small stuff in the little pocket in the big pocket. I use this for school every day but the design on the front starts coming apart after a few uses. I have had not one bad comment on this bag and everyone loves it. I highly recommend this.

Love it
I've had this bag for about 4 weeks now and I just adore it. I really appreciate the craftsmanship, the red hemp patch is a bit delicate; if the threads get caught on something such as a button on your clothes they have the potential to unravel. I really admire the coconut shell buttons too. I generally don't like really long straps where you have to sling the bag across your body, so I tied a knot on the strap so that I can carry it like a regular purse & that has worked out great for me!

Fun Purse
I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the box and saw this purse. I wasn't expecting it to look this cute! I especially like the extra long strap which gives me the option to wear it on one shoulder or over the opposite shoulder for that 'messenger bag' look. The purse definitely has a bohemian look to it and is very casual in fabric and design. Another cute feature that I liked was the elephant shaped buttons that close the front pocket and the main pocket of the purse. I would have liked a heavier fabric especially around the straps which take a lot of beating and endure a lot of weight. Maybe the fabric could even be doubled to give it a more sturdy appearance. Overall though, it's a cute purse at a nice price and came in a very unique paper wrapping which would make a very thoughtful gift for someone.
