The color in the picture is much different than expected. It is more brown/tan than gold. The purse itself seems like good construction but the embellishments look like they may be easily pulled off. Will be returning this item.
This coin purse is well-constructed and very unique. It's a little larger than I realized, but it is still perfect for my sister who will be receiving it as a gift. I know she's going to love it and I'm going to have a hard time giving it to her.
I saw the dimensions before I bought this, so I knew it would be small, but was disappointed at exactly how small it turned out to be. It's really pretty, and appears to be good quality (I haven't had a chance to use it yet), but it's too small to even hold my cell phone. So it's just not practical to carry to a wedding or other event. Also, I'm thinking it's so small that it'll look odd carrying it around like an evening bag. I'm keeping it though because I love the concept of a real silver purse and it's so pretty. But just keep in mind that if you're buying it to also serve a practical purpose, it may not do that because of its size.
