Maya Traditions is a fair-trade producer and wholesale business based in Lake Atitlan, Guatemala. For more than ten years Maya Traditions has worked with indigenous weavers in the highlands of Guatemala. Its mission is to support weaving groups and small family businesses through providing consistent income as well as health and education projects. The Chichicastenango Weaver's Group lives in a remote village high in the mountains. These Kiche mayan women joined together to promote their backstrap weaving. Their tapestry brocade weaving is intricate and results in unique geometric designs.

great little bag
I travel overseas and thought this might be nice for my passport. Well it is a little larger than expected but not in a bad way. It opens up and has several little hiddy places for passports and money as well as places for your credit cards. I have shortened the strap as it seemed a little long for me. I will be wearing this under my cloths a lot of the time. I am over all very happy with the look and the construction of this and would recommened it to anyone

I love this little bag--it looks so good and is very convenient to use--bought it for vacation and it has room for passport, money, credit cards and identification. I had to resew one side of the strap as it pulled loose but would buy it again! Thanks.
