If the screen had come with the image looking exactly like it did in the picture, I would given this five stars. The image resolution is awful -- blurry and pixelated. The size and quality of the canvas is great, but the image is a huge disappointment.
I live in San Francisco, but am originally from Chicago--so this was a PERFECT addition to my home, allowing me to represents the two cities that I love. It's a great pop of color in an otherwise neutral space, and I've received tons of compliments.
We are very happy with this great screen. The San Francisco side is highlighted with warm reds and crisp blue tones; the 1933 Chicago World's Fair ("A Century of Progress") side is in softer pastels. Both are wonderful, and unique. We plan to alternate the 'front' view so we can enjoy each side over time. VERY happy with this purchase.
- Did the color match the color displayed onsite? Color is spot on.
- Please tell us about the quality of the product. Hinges are excellent, allowing for optional fold patterns.
I was a little disappointed to discover the image was not high resolution. In fact it was fuzzy and only clears up slightly when you sit far away from it. It is better than looking at my washer and dryer but I was hoping for better more vibrant colors and a clear picture.
I bought three of these screens(each one different) to hang as artwork on large expanses of blank wall. They look great and as an added bonus I can flip them around and change things up. The same artwork that I almost bought poster size was just as much and a quarter the size. I used small L brackets to secure the screens top and bottom and you can't even see the hardware and it doesn't harm the back side.
