  The picture shows a rather smooth matte finish. The actual product is disappointing. I used flameless cylinder candles. The alabaster was not too classy looking and strong gold tone which doesn't go with my decor. I like the size and shape and will keep it, but I am modifying to better suit my style.

  I was full of anticipation when these came wrapped securely in Arabic print newspaper. These give off beautiful light. I love the variation of patterns. I think they work better with the real tea lights and not the electric ones. Natural beauties like these need real flames to really glow! I'm looking to buy more!

  Candle Holder looks entirely different when not lit. It's a cream color with lt. brown streaks. It's very simple, but yet has a unique beauty to it. When lit, it's mystique in it's appearance. This rock solid candle holder will hold up forever, which is great because I love lighting candles! I highly recommend!

  Bought these for a housewarming gift and I love them. The recipients loved them too. Only one problem: could not find candles in a 3 1/2" in diameter.....anywhere! Started on this website with no luck. Finally had to settle on 3" candles, but clearly the larger would look far better. Also, 4" candles are too big and will not fit, although the appearance would be lovely.

  • Please tell us about the quality of the product. These candleholders are perfecty imperfect! Since they are wood covered with metal, they are heavy and substantial!
