  • Overall a nice lamp...

    Having read the previous review I purchased two of these lamps already aware of the color discrepancies between the photo and the actual lamps. They are not white and blue but rather a light tan and blue. If you look closely at the photo there seem to be handles on the sides of the lamp. On my two lamps, these supposed handles are red, and a shape that I cannot determine.... maybe a fish? Overall I like the look of the lamps, but I knew when I ordered them that the colors would be more muted. Hope this helps you in your purchase.

  • Color Deception

    Although the quality of the lamp is fine, the appearance was disappointing. It's much duller than it appears on this site. The blue is faded looking and the background color is a beige, almost a light brown color. It's not the crisp blue and white contrast you would expect. Whenever I see this lamp pictured on Overstock, I want to buy it because it looks so pretty and then I remember, I already have it. On a positive note, the shade is very attractive.

    Looks great in the photo - poorly constructed - bought 2 of them both bases did not align with lamp. Sent them back.

  • Great lamps, really!

    OK, I was afraid to order these lamps because of the poor reviews, but I did order two of them for my bedroom and I am very pleased. They aren't the very very best quality, but they are beautiful. The colors are true to the picture. I did not have to rewire or rebuild anything. They were packaged well. Lampshades are very pretty. Wish I could post a picture of them in the room. The red color on the handles, lotus maybe, are a shrimp or tomato color, but I have a deep raspberry in the room and the color blends perfectly.

  • 4 Ceramic Lamps

    Shipped and received in a timely matter. Well packed. Did have to replace one part that the lightbulb is screwed into in the upper lamp. The lightbulb connections on the other 3 lamps had to be wired and connected before installing a bulb. Otherwise, a great deal on four beautiful lamps.
