I love this pedestal! The color is more of a burgundy ... a darker red then the photo shows but very much in the red family. The photo makes it look almost candy apple red, but it's not-- it's a gorgeous color though. It has a very faint black in the color too.... which makes it match my decor brilliantly. If you buy this, you won't be disappointed. It's a very lightweight, beautiful piece.

I got this for a friend for her new apartment. It looks even better in person. It's a gorgeous red and yes it is bright but not in a tacky way. I think my friend will love it and appreciate it.

This bowl is even more red and vibrant in color than pictured! I love it! I filled it with decorative brown balls and it is gorgeous!

This bowl is beautiful , and really sets of anything one would choose to put in it. I filled it with fresh fruit and have it on my kitchen table. Something more formal in another room would work as well. I love it!

I am very happy with my bowl. It's a beautiful addition to my living room. I didn't realize it was going to be so light in weight, but I guess that is because it's Bamboo.

I had this mailed to my sister for her B-day. I haven't seen it in person but my sister loved it soooo much she raved about it (she doesn't rave about just anything). She took pictures so I've seen those. This seems to go great with dark furniture. I'm buying 2 more for Christmas presents and 1 for myself. Great for the price, I think my sister thinks I spent much more than I did.

I received this dish and it was the missing piece from my sideboard in the dining area. It looks simple and elegant sitting on the glass between the two silver leaf mirrors I bought from overstock some time ago. I also bought the red bowl. I am very satisfied. You will not regret purchasing this piece.

The bowl was a lot bigger than I had expected but still just as beautiful as I had expected. The color was a nice contrast on our dark stained console table!

This is a nice piece. Great color. It is smaller than I imagined though the sizing on the site is accurate. Nice, but it is a bit small for a dinner table centerpiece. Would work as a coffee table centerpiece though.

This bowl is great for putting on the table with your fruits. That was the reason why I purchased this product and I haven't been disappointed. the color has lasted and it still looks good. Looking at the picture on the site I expected it to be a little heavier, but it is actually very lightweight so it is easy to manage.

I bought 3 of these (2 as gifts) and we all love it! We all use it differently (I use it to hold loose photos for easy browsing). No cracks or chips after many years. Very versatile decorative piece.

The bowl looks ceramic in the picture, but since its bamboo its not as fragile. The bowl is lightweight, but I don't think that is a factor to its quality. It is a nice dark red with black lines in it. I loved it, but I purchased it for a hostess gift and had to give it away. I tried to get one for myself but they were no longer in stock. I plan to order one as soon as they come back. Makes a great fruit bowl or anything else you wish to hold or display. Looks more expensive than it really is.

I actually bought this several years ago, and added the matching vase which I sometimes combine for a statuesque look, or when my mood changes I separate the two and use the vase as a stand alone with twigs or such and have even used this for holding nuts or candy during holiday get togethers. It's extremely strong (my son has knocked it over once or twice and not a scratch), and practical as well as pretty. A great gift idea for a friend who likes Asian or eclectic design.

Good quality for the price. Makes a great decorating item for the kitchen, entryways, atop occasional tables, etc. Color is a deep amber-orange, just as pictured. Delivery was fast and the bowl came in perfect condition.
