I wanted something soothing that would not bother the neighbors and this fit the bill. Low notes are very nice. I do not know how they'll hold up in rain, however.

The string holding this piece together broke beginning day one. After patching it up several times my husband re-strung it with 25 pound fishing line and we now love it. The sounds are mellow and very lovely.

i purchased 2 of the wind chimes, and am very pleased! the color was a bit lighter than i expected, but not a deal beaker for me. the string that holds the middle part that actually catches the wind was much, much longer than i expected, so finding a spot that was tall enough to accomodate the length was trickey. i love the sound of the bamboo, soft and melodic, not all clangy and loud like some of the metal chimes. came within a few days of ordering, like usual! : ) i love my "O"!

This was much bigger than I had anticipated, I guess I didn't pay attention to the dimensions before I ordered. Oh well, it is nicely made and there is a nice tropical vibe when it chimes, sweet.

This chime has a wonderful sound just enough to make you listen but not overwhelming. It hangs to embrace and not to take away from the space outside of the door.

I've had my chimes for a few weeks now and the mellow, muted tones are very relaxing to listen to. I've had metal wind chimes and those will ring loud enough to be heard through double paned windows. If you have neighbors that are noise sensitive, I recommend you buy this type of wind chime.

the mellow sound of the bamboo chimes is very relaxing. I have other beautiful chimes that are not bamboo, and these are a lovely addition. As usual Overstock delivered a quality product at a price that says "oh sure I can afford that, and I need that!". Thank you.

I just received 3 bamboo chimes and they are lovely. Close your eyes and you're in Thailand, from the soft click of the bamboo. Pretty also.

Just as described. Gives a very tropical tone. Well worth the purchase.
