I recieved my screen on a Saturday - so convenient! My first thought was how well it was packed. then I really took a good look at it. The workmanship is superb. It is really beautifully made, and the wood trimming just gleams. As usual, I am very happy with my latest purchase from the big "O".

I was pleasantly surprised at the style and design of this screen. It is exactly what I was needing to hide a corner of my room where I store my granddaugher's toys. It is a beautiful piece of furniture and is more than what I had expected.

Mine came a bit warped so it doesn't stand perfectly vertical - not too bad but definitely noticeable. The bamboo is more yellow than beige and you can see through it so defeats the purpose if you're intending to use it for privacy. The workmanship overall is good - I think the warping came as a result of poor storage and\or shipping. Not worth paying the shipping to return it so I'm thinking maybe if I store it for a while weighted down it will straighten. If you don't want it for privacy, don't mind the yellow and can remember to cross your fingers that it won't won't be warped, go for it.

I ordered this screen to reduce the direct sunlight coming into my fish tank and causing an algae bloom. This worked great! The color was true to the website so it matched my tank. I like that the hinges folded both ways so the screen was easy to maneuver and set up. The shipping was quick and the screen was well packaged so it was not damaged at all.

This is a very attractive and very sturdy privacy screen for me. I am glad I found it on Overstock.com.

We bought this piece as a room divider for our bedroom and it is absolutely perfect! We ordered black and words honestly cannot describe just how beautiful it is!

While well made, the screen is not opaque, and allows you to see through the matchstick design. If you seek privacy from a screen, then this one is not for you...

This screen is very adequate for the money. Like has been mentioned it is somewhat transparent, but is enough to provide some privacy. I use it for guest to afford some privacy for sleeping accomodations, which works very well. I purchased the rosewood frame which is very nice and blends well with other wood tones. All in all, for the price and the exceptional delivery time (ordered on a Sunday, delivered Tuesday) this is definitely worth the money. A very good value.

This is now the third screen I've gotten from Overstock and the third SHOJI type screen (I have two Shoji Botanic screens in Walnut which is by far the most beautiful screen I have ever seen --they sell out quickly) this particular screen I purchased to use as a headboard/wall background on a blank wall in lieu of hanging pictures etc.for behind my platform bed (that I also got on Overstock) and as some of the previous reviewers state....the bamboo part is definately yellowish color..so if you want more tan or cream, this might not be what you want...but it is very pretty and very sturdy. This walnut colored one that I have is a perfect 'dark cherry' colored wood and really is quite nice! They make really great screens! And as usual, It came in record time and packed extremely well.(and I got it at work and got it into my smaller car too, you just have to be patient when getting it in lol but it will fit)..I will shop at Overstock again, have never had a bad experience yet!

Screen arrived well packaged. No assembly required. The color was just as shown on the website, so it matched the room as expected. The only small negative I can find is the screen passes quite a bit of light. So, if your purpose is a privacy screen, you might want something with a material different from bamboo. This in no way detracts from the screen's purpose. I am planning to buy another for another area.

Very nice screens. Very pretty. I am using them to keep my pets from my open dining area I turned into an office. The only think I wish I did was maybe order something not as sheer, but this was an error on my part and has no reflection on the screens themselves.

The screen was very nice, for the price (I had been looking at screens for a while and many are very expensive). I bought the black framed screen. Beware that the bamboo is more yellow then it appears in the image... more like the color the bamboo is in natural framed screen (in between that yellow and the tan in the others). My screen had a slightly strange odor too when first opened but that went away in about 3 days.... All in all it was a good purchase, I will probably buy some stain and just stain the bamboo darker!

This screen is lovely; great workmanship. It was beautifully packaged. The only problem was a musty odor which lasted about two weeks....it finally subsided and now the screen is more than I expected. Thanks Overstock for another great product at an even greater price.

Ordered two. Received one then two days later received the second one. The boxes looked as if they'd been walked on by a herd of elephants, but the inside packaging did it's job. NO DAMAGE! The hinges seem to be rather lightweight, but other than that the quality is excellent.

I just received my screen today and I was SO happy to see how securely it was packaged. The screen is beautiful in the rosewood color. I gave it 4 stars for workmanship because it has a very slight primitive look, but I suspect it is meant to be that way. I'm referring to some imperfections in the wood used to build the screen, but the staining is beautiful. If the matchstick material had a bit of antiquing applied, it would look like it had been in the family for generations. I've been with "O" for a LONG time, and with this purchase I am still a very satisfied customer!

Unfortunately, one of the two screens arrived badly damaged (matchstick completely buckled). Didn't have the patience to pack it back up and carry it down for pick up, so I have a damaged divider sitting in my room. Disappointing.
