I LOVE this vase. I ordered it to sit on a bookshelf unit, and was surprised at how large it is. But it is elegant, and classy, and looks perfect for the space. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a focal point piece. It is beautiful.

I really like the vase even though the color is a little "off" from the description. Also, it does NOT hold water (not a good quality for a vase!). It leaks. It will be fine for anything artificial.

• How is the quality of the product? Attractive but cannot hold water. It leaks if you put water in it for live flowers. Only suitable for artificial flowers.

It's just what the advertisement stated. It's perfect for what I wanted it for and, of course, the price was right.

I am going "red" in my living room/dining room, which is all in one. I have a fairly new condo that was built open concept with the kitchen open as well. I was originally going blue and brown but I am now more into the reds. This vase is so pretty, different, unique and a definite conversation piece. However, it is a lot smaller than I envisioned, and I am not sure I can put water in it so I don't. I will eventually fill it with either silk flowers or eucalyptis to give the room a nice scent as well as look pretty. It was originally going in the middle of my dining room table but it gets lost because it is really too small, so I have it on a table under a picture in my entryway.

I was not familiar with bamboo vases and I was plesently suprised. The vase is super light yet looks very much like ceramic. Very happy that I purchased it.

If you like the picture, you'll like the vase. The color, shape and gloss are exact. It's not exactly red -- there's a bit of burnt orange in it. It's very light-weight (being made of bamboo strips). Workmanship is excellent.

Looks great on my mantle, it's a great accent on my mantle and I absolutely love it!

I don't write reviews very often, however, i had to say something about this piece. I purchased this and the round one as well, and they are absolutely beautiful. I have one on my center table with white lilies and cattail and it compliments everything so well. The workmanship is wonderful. My husband, who notices nothing of the sort, was very pleased with the purchase as well. Order it, do it...and you'll also be supporting the workmanship of those in less fortunate as well as beautifying your home. You won't regret it!! Love, love this item!

The quality is good, but the color is orange not the dark rich red of other bamboo vases. The picture does not reflect the actual color. I had to send all three back.
