Individually handcrafted by artists on the exotic islands of Bali and Java in beautiful Indonesia. Sarongs are one of the most versatile and earliest forms of clothing that dates back thousands of year sand have been utilized around the world in one form or another. These artists and their predecessors have been creating sarongs for centuries and are well known throughout the world for their skill, creativity and expertise. Specifically, their skills in batik. Batik is a design method that has been employed for centuries and is handed down from generation to generation, usually from a father to son or mother to daughter. It is an extremely difficult art to master and sons and daughters start this work at an early age because it requires a great deal of practice and patience. Each batik sarong is a work of art and can take hours and sometimes days to create depending on the difficulty of the design.

color was beautiful, nice quality wish it was a little larger i would recomend ordering a size up or just plan on this being a skirt only, not a dress also there were no instructions, that would have been nicer but very pretty

Was looking forward to wearing this more as a dress than a wrap. The color is beautiful but I do not like the edge being knotted. It makes it difficult to tie properly therefore I will be using as a beach wrap. Being in Florida I live in Sarongs as they are comfortable and move with your body rather than stick to you.
