Story Behind the Art:
Handcrafted by artisans in China, this lovely rug features a bamboo surface with hand-sewn tweed border and fabric backing. The bamboo is glued onto the jute padding which provides cushioning, therefore you will not need to use a pad with this rug. This rug was created with all natural bamboo grown in the mountainous regions of China. These hand-crafted rugs were created in the Shongdong province of China by master craftsmen in a workshop run by the Liu family.

The color is indeed lighter brighter lime (like an actual average lime fruit, not too dark and not too light). It is still a very natural color, not acid lime. Immediately transformed my slightly colorless master bathroom. LOVE the quality. Fast delivery. I hope Overstock sticks to its superb quality of customer service, this is really what makes it stand out.

Color match
I still love my rug, but online it looks a lot darker. My rug was a much lighter, brighter green. This is my 3rd bamboo rug from Overstock....they have all been of excellent quality! And I have just ordered 2 more.
