This is a very nice, high quality rug. It was very hard to find a 10' square rug; while this is not at all what I was looking for, it really is a beautiful rug and will look great in my home office. I saw the same rug at other retailers for a little more than double the price. The "but..." is that the rug is faded and one side is clearly lighter than the other - a greater difference than you would see with natural wool variation. That part is disappointing, but it seemed like too much of a hassle to return for this reason as it will not be very noticeable once the funiture is on it.
