Amethyst Bonsai Tree (China)

I bought this amethyst Bonsai for my dear friend who has a Feb. birthday. It is very beautiful and will make a wonderful gift. I am, as usual, impressed with the quality of the products that are available at Overstock. I am a member, so all of my shipping is free and that is a GREAT bonus.

I was looking for a unique gift, and although I found it in this bonsai tree, it is very small. The tree is beautiful and will be a nice addition for the recepient, but I wish I had paid more attention to the dimensions. This could not function as a centerpiece, it would get lost. It is more of a desk or small table piece. I still gave it 4 stars and would recommend it to a friend, because I did read some of the feedback on other pieces with different gemstones and I didn't take heed to the warnings of the size, but that was my fault. However, placed in the right setting, it would make a beautiful addition.

I was a bit hesitant when I saw the low price on the Amethyst Bonsai tree but it's Overstock, after all, and great deals are the order of the day. I was very pleased with the tree which consists of amethyst chips and copper wires which you can arrange any way you desire. It looks way more expensive than it costs and if you want to change it's orientation, you can!!!!
