Wore for the first time yesterday. Wool was scratchy/itchy around mock-neckline, but otherwise very comfortable. Love the rich color yarn mix and overall look, especially hoodie feature. Fabric warm enough for Autumn temps w/long sleeve top/sweater underneath. Poncho lays flat over the body and does not add unattractive bulk which is important for a 14/XL gal, yet it is wide enough for ample coverage. A bit overpriced, i/m/o, but you can't beat Overstock's low, flat shipping charge, so it's an acceptable trade-off , especially for hard-to-find items.

this went out of stock before i could grab one, and i asked for a notice if it came back in. that time i got it in time and although shipping took a while, it was WELL worth the wait! the fabric is naturally VERY soft and light but warm. putting it on creates instant comfort, and in my opinion the look is quite sophisticated. the colors are richer than on the screen, too. i expect this to be a serious basic in my wardrobe for the coming months.

Just received this poncho. It has a rugged, ethnic look to it- very cool. The neck opening is somewhat like a mock turtleneck, which I like. I also like the hood, which is the one feature that sold me, since I love hoodies. The yarn is soft and I like the drape. Looking forward to wearing it!

This poncho is really nice, light, but warm. Fits any body type, oven those of us that are not a size six.

I bought this poncho as a special gift for someone I have known for many years. I wanted to get her something unique and handmade. This poncho from Peru is perfect! The material and workmanship is excellent. It is truely a one-of-a-kind item that is handmade and the yarn is not dyed, but the natural color of the wool from the alpaca. I am so pleased to have found it on Overstock.com. When my friend received it she said "you couldn't have chosen a better gift; I love it!" I would recommend this to anyone.

I bought this for my wife for Christmas. It was delivered in a timely fashion and is a lovely poncho. It may be just a bit overpriced but all things considered is worth the cost. My wife says it¿s a bit scratchy on naked skin (hence my rating on the comfort level) but that is to be expected as it IS wool. She especially liked that it has a hood. I would recommend the item.
