Alfredo Falcon works in luxurious alpaca wool. 'I was born in Lima, Peru, and I learned the best weaving techniques from my parents when I was a small child. Like me, they had learned them from their parents. This makes us a family entirely devoted to the world of textiles, as we have been for generations. Nowadays, I combine weaving by hand and on classic machinery, remaining true to Inca and colonial motifs.'

Gorgeous!
The shawl/pancho is simply beautiful. It is light weight and perfect for spring or early fall in the NE. It's a great length and lays flat across the collar bone, no bunching. It's very soft and does not shed on my white blouse. I'm so happy! Definitely worth the money!
