The first lantern we received was dented and imperfect and missing needed canopy and wiring. However, the response to my email was amazing in this day and age. I received a phone call from Robin, the customer service rep, who made all things right. She sent out a second lantern which is in much better shape and came with the bronze canopy and six feet of wiring and chain to match. I am thrilled with the level of service from Overstock and will be shopping here confidently in the future.

I bought this item to use on the patio and it works very well as the sides are solid glass the wind is not a factor. It stays lit , dose not blow out.
