I purchased this mat as a gift for my sister. She was looking for a mat that was thick enough for pilates and I was looking for one that was extra long for laying down poses. I purchased it for her as a gift and delivery was quick. She said it was a perfect mat, everything she was looking for!

Very good quality mat and match the descriptions. I would personally use it for pilate or floor exercises instead of yoga since it is hard to balance on a thicker mat.

The mat was just what I was looking for. Thicker than a yoga mat, soft. Easy to roll up and store. Doesn't slide around on a hard surface. The sizing was very accurate, length and thickness.

Great item, assembly not difficult and I use it every day. Good instructions but some advice from a physical trainer useful. I did find the item for ******* dollars less just a few weeks after purchase though, that iwas a huge disappointment.

Overall I was very pleased with this product I just wish it was just a bit wider and longer. I am able to use it for my Yoga/Palates routine with some adjustments. So far I have only used the green band.

Pilates equipment provides resistance from the participant's own body weight and exercise muscles efficiently. They are important additions to any Pilates studio.
