If you don't want to spend alot of money on a yoga ball, this may be it. The pump takes a long time to fill the ball - i had to blow in it to fill it up faster. Not as sturdy as other balls but can still do the job.

The product arrived in a timely manner. It was shipped in a cardboard box so I received it without damage. Buyers may want to save the box so that they can store the mat in it. I feel the mat is a little on the thin side but for the price it works. I use mine on an area sized rug and when I do a ball roll my back is a little uncomfortable. This is defintely a YMMV (your mileage may vary) experience. Great price, speedy shipping, and fair to good construction compel me to give it a "good" score.

The yoga ball was in good condition but it didn't fit the sizing as I am 6ft 1 and I stayed in the guide lines for height but as I wanted to use this as a desk ball it fell short of its height that I need to use it as such. I would jump to the next height if your using it as a substitute for your work desk. I would up using it for exercise so I still liked it for that.

I ordered this hoping to use it as an alternative to my uncomfortable chair at work. Unfortunately, it was too short for that use so if you're looking for a ball to sit on at a desk I'd definitely recommend a larger one. That said, the ball seems to be of decent quality. I've never bought one before, so I can't really compare with others. The foot pump was pretty cheap and didn't move a lot of air, so after the hose popped off a couple times, I gave up and blew it up myself. Overall, I am satisfied with the quality of the ball itself, and dissatisfied with my research abilities. The color is nice, and the smell faded pretty quickly after I blew it up.
