I love the soft texture on my hands. Easy to pick up and they have nice gripping quality to stop slippage. Love them. color is great too.

The fact that it's PVC and chemical free is the main reason for this purchase. I have a 15 month old and even though I purchased foam tiles for the floor, I needed certain areas to be safe with an alternative. I was initially using a different type of yoga mat, only to find out that it contained PVC. So I bought 2 of these mats. One is under her recliner chair -- if in the event she should fall over, etc. And the other is blocking the TV stand and I put her standing toys in front. It works perfectly because her toys do not slide. I know these mats were specific for yoga - but I found so many other uses for them. They are very easy to clean, easy on the joints, works perfect for my toddler -- all while being green and safe.

The product arrived quickly & was as advertised. Have been very busy so have npt had a chance to use the yoga mat/block/belt yet but it seems to be fine. I had a concern the mat might have an odor based on other product descriptions but it does not. All in all I am satisfied with my purchase, and the price was excellent

I didn't notice a smell like some others had said. I like the fact that they are very firm but have just a slight give. Soft to the touch. Great buy.

I didn't even bother unwrapping the plastic over the pieces as the foam blocks are noticeably soft to the touch and compress easily when you push on them. All the blocks I've used previously have been very firm and that was what I was expecting, as we sit on them in class etc and these would not support that kind of weight.

I went online looking for just the yoga blocks for a gift and found this set. It is perfect as it has everything you need! My only suggestion would be that it should be shipped in an additional box as shipping in just the product box left it a little less than pretty to give as a gift. Overall very happy!

I'm happy with the product, but I also thought this was sold in pairs as demonstrated in the pic. Overstock, get it together, and clarify that the price is for 1 only, or sell them as a pair and adjust the price.

This is my first yoga purchase and while the mat and blocks are not the quality of those at the class I attend, I can't complain for the price! I didn't want to invest a lot in case I didn't follow through and this purchase has allowed me to do just that, with a quality I can live with.

They are comfortable and durable, and do the job. They are a not quite as thick as the ones at the yoga studio, but they are perfect for my needs.

Many people struggle to understand the differences between yoga and Pilates. That could simply be because the differences between the two practices are very subtle. Both yoga and Pilates offer similar physical benefits but take slightly different approaches to reach those improvements.
Yoga is a healthy activity that can be done with very little to no equipment. However, yoga and Pilates equipment, beyond a yoga mat, can help improve your yoga experience and offer greater benefits. Some yoga equipment is designed to accelerate the improvement of beginning yoga practitioners, whereas yoga clothing can benefit everyone.
Within the last several years, yoga has become one of the most popular exercise routines in the world. Whether you've seen yoga classes popping up or have passed a yoga DVD in the supermarket, yoga might have recently caught your eye. Although there are many pieces of fitness equipment you can buy for yoga, you only need a few to get started since your yoga workout relies almost completely on your own body.
When you practice yoga, you learn how to relax and breathe deeply while you improve your core strength and overall flexibility. While learning from an instructor is ideal, many beginners like to start in the privacy of their homes, and many people find that doing yoga at home is much more affordable. If you're planning to start practicing yoga, make sure to read these tips first, so you can prevent injuries while maximizing the positive results of yoga.
