Very good quality mat and match the descriptions. I would personally use it for pilate or floor exercises instead of yoga since it is hard to balance on a thicker mat.

The mat was just what I was looking for. Thicker than a yoga mat, soft. Easy to roll up and store. Doesn't slide around on a hard surface. The sizing was very accurate, length and thickness.

The ring is why I purchased. The dvd is a bonus. The ring quality is very good. I have only viewed the dvd once and wasn't immediately taken with it. I will return to the dvd and may change my opinion later.

The yoga mat I purchased is made in the USA. That was my main purpose in chosing this particular mat. It appears to be just like others purchased outside the country and was more expensive, of course, but I'm striving to buy American.

I have bad knees and was looking for a more supportive mat for yoga- and found it in this one. Great for taller people too as that it is a bit longer than a standard mat. Only concern would be that as it is made of a solid foam, you might have to be more careful that it does not get cut/ripped.
