There is nothing to find fault with this product in terms of quality or workmanship. It is a yoga mat, two yoga blocks and two straps. All perfectly suited for their purpose. I am very satisfied. The VHS that comes with it is a bit of a joke. I don't have a VHS player and haven't for years, so I tossed it. I didn't purchase the set for that anyway and it didn't affect my feelings about the purchase. It also came with a DVD for pilates/yoga or something. Likewise, I had no interest in this and have not watched it. I cannot speak to its quality. The tools, however, are perfectly fine.
