So far, I am very pleased with this product. It is serving our purpose very well and was a great value compared to the prices I found in other stores.

Does have an elastic around the bottom. I'm still not sure what all the straps are for. Does the job. Generously sized. I am using it to cover my horse drawn carriage in storage. Stays on in high winds.
