I was surprised at how nice this knife was for the price. It is well finished and has a good heavy blade. I bought as a present for a grandson who collects knives and he was thrilled. It could be used for light work but is probably best to add to a collection for display. A great value for the money!

Ordered this for my 17 year old daughter for a camping knife. She loves the old time look of the knife and case. It is a good solid knife for a camper to carve a stick or cut bait. The cost was good for the purpose for her to wear around the camp site...

I had a hunting knife for many years , I had bought it at Sears , If i can remember im quite sure it was about 21 dollars at that time it was a close out this knife is manufactered in china with a stainless steel blade, the previous knife was american manufactured , but a simple un decorated blade this is a fancy knife, lets say its amazing what a lower wage can enable china to afford to export and still make a nice profit , THis knife for this outlay of dollars is in my estimate a BARGAIN .

Saw this knife and had to purchase it nice case and sharp edge not bad for the price.

This knife shiped really fast, it looks small untill you take it out, it fells flimsey and anything that makes you say its a bad knife. It is a really good knife, comes sharp and stays sharp and can withstand being throughn at a rock by a 16 yr old. id recomend buying this knife.

I liked the fact that the medalian spun, but when i got it it felt like cheap plastic. the handel was hollow and overall it just felt like a cheap knife. the blade, however, is very sharp; if thats all thats important to you. I was also dissapointed because it was a fixed blade, so you cant close it. Its a good looking knife but i wouldnt reccomend it to someone whos looking for something real nice to have.

besides the sheath to keep it in does it close like a regular pocket knife?
