Wilson A1000 Series 11.25-inch Baseball Glove

The design of this A1000 glove mirrors the A2000s however, the materials used specifically the most important area of a good glove the palm side of the mitt is made of Wilson's pebble grained Ecco leather-not a good feel or look. Just using it for about a month or so it doesn't appear that it will hold up receiving hard throws from a high school player or older. It was rather soft making it game ready no need to break it in. I believe it's not the high quality leather that will be durable enough for even a junior high player. The lacing was thick enough, construction seems above average. It's an open back glove and Wilson doesn't use a sheepskin product under the wrist band but a innovative foam filled lining that feels great for now. The exterior of the glove appears and feels very "synthetic" doesn't have the cowhide feel or smell.
