The knife has several very attractive features. It is surprisingly light for its size. The clip is wavy, so that your fingers will be comfortable when cutting. Closing of the blade is effected by pushing on the cross, thereby avoiding the usual scratching and scraping with your fingers on the liner; plus, your finger is always out of the blade's way. Furthermore, even though it looks long, the blade is actually shorter than 4", and it cannot be opened with any sort of "gravity force", which makes the knife legal to carry even in Manhattan after the recent insane reinterpretation of the law. And of course, the blade steel is a cutting delight.
It is an outstanding knife and very handy easy to handle with the slimline profile The red push button open/close locking blade makes it very safe.. It sharpens easily and stays sharp. The mid serrated section zips through tough fabric, rope, cardboard and especially useful for filleting fish. If I should accidently drop it overboard while out on the boat the price will not stop me from immediately buying another one. Thanks Haunted by Waters.
I bought this knife when I was visiting Switzerland last year to cut bread for picnic lunches we made on our tour. Works great for that!. Every other knife I had at the time was useless. But this puppy performed like a trouper. It is now a permanent addition to our travel pack!!!
