Great product, easy to install, very safe

We are very happy that we chose this pool fence. The installation process was surprisingly simple, I was able to do the whole job with just occasional help from my wife! The instructions are very clear, and written in simple English. The fence was also easy to adjust for a perfect, tight fit around our deck. My neighbors complimented me on the neat look. I also really appreciated that it came with all the necessary pieces and parts, with nothing missing.

I am very pleased with fence, it has added the safety and convince that we were looking for while not taking away from the look of the backyard. After having the fence up for a week we already feel that it is worth every penny. While the installation was time consuming, it was not difficult. The drilling guide was worth the extra purchase but I would have liked it better if I could have rented it.Additionally, Water Warden's customer service has been excellent. I was missing some plastic caps and they sent me replacements right away.
Recieved it in a timely manner. All parts there. Make no mistae this is not a temporary fence. Once you put it in -good luck getting it back out. That is fine for me for what I was looking for but if you are looking for a fence to put in and take out - this is not it. I used the 5/8 bit and followed the directions and still had to pound this thing in. I even switched bits thining it was a bad bit. None the less it looks great thankfully because it is never coming down....
I have a 2 year old son and wanted to make my pool safer for him. I purchased the water warden fence because it was much cheaper than any other alternative. I also purchased the drill guide to make sure I installed it correctly. The first problem was finding a mason bit that matched the job, which was near impossible to do and still fit the drill guide. The minimum length for the size you need is 8 inches and meanwhile the drill guide only fit a bit that was 6 inches or less. Buyer beware of the drill guide if you don't already have the equipment. The installation of all of the poles was intensive and time consuming, especially without a proper drill guide and solid ground to anchor them to. I had to bury mason blocks under my bricks for a solid anchor for each pole. However, on a positive note, when a few of the sleeves that are to be put into the ground as anchors were damaged, the company was very good about replacing them for free. Also , the fence looks good, for the most part. Some of the poles are crooked because of the lack of a proper drill guide. My suggestion. If you want to buy the fence, make sure that you have everything you need and experience or find someone who does. This project is not for the faint of heart is not as simple as it seems.

would be nice if they gave a few extra plastic retainers because not all make it through the concrete insertion process...other than that was pretty simple to install considering you have a hammer drill.
