Vivitar Digital 10 x 25 Camera Binoculars (Case of

I am not too sure about this product. The pictures are not as clear as I thought they would be. And the camera shuts off too soon. The program loading well and user friendly.

Vivitar Digital 10x25 camera binocular

jack08 from Traverse City MI., Dec 26, 2008

I really liked these dinoculars. They are great for the first time digital binocular buyer. Well built, easy to use and understand. The soft ware was easy to load and use. But it doesn't take a s.d. card. I would think this would be a very good item for the first time "combo" user.

useless product

brandx30 from NH, Dec 16, 2008

These binocs are probably the biggest piece of trash I ever spent money on! You can't see through the lenses to well as your nose rubs against the camera portion. Fine if you want to look out of one lense or the other. As for the pics it takes, they were nothing but dark splotches or blurs. I tried at different distances in different light etc. and always the same. I thought maybe it might have been an inoperable product but whe I brought it back for a return/replacement the clerk said everyone sold was being returned. He figured the ones that weren't were probably gifts that hadn't been tried yet. Save your money, this is a very disappointing product. You can do better with a digital camera with a zoom and a cheap set of regular binoculars.

Not crazy about these

ligtstar from Knoxville, TN, Apr 6, 2008

For the price, they are pretty good. The biggest problem is that they eat batteries. The batteries last no more than four days, and that is when you are not using it! If you can't get to download your pictures and the batteries give out you lose them. They are also a bit hard to focus. They are very easy to use and the pictures are pretty good, but the battery issue is a real problem.
