Package arrived without damage. Telescope more of a toy, flimsy construction. I saw an identical one on sale at a local store for $20. Great for a kids first telescope but would not recommend for serious star gazing .

This telescope was purchased as a gift for my son and needless to say it was not worth the time and effort it took to place to in such a nice box. Was unable to see out of the lens no matter what time of day it was.

This was purchased for an 11 year old kid. She'll be tired of it in no time. Save your money. Do not buy this scope; spring for a bit more money and get something worth keeping.

I was given this as a gift and it only works without the lenses in. I had a hard time seeing anything out of it at all with lenses, very blurry.

Good value! Seemed that the workmanship may have been a little cheap though. I am happy with the purchase however.

I purchased this for my 6 years old grandson and it was the perfect telescope to start out with. He and his dad are enjoying it.

i bought this as a christmas present for my 12 year old grandson. my daughter put it together & had no problems in doing so. my grandson states he "loves" the telescope.

The service from Overstock on recieving this product was fine, but the telescope itself is good only as a landfill tenant. If looking at purchasing this telescope dont waste your money on such a low end scope. Wait till you can justify purchasing a scope that may cost a little more. It appears that when purchasing a telescope you do truly get what you pay for.

I could get a better result looking through a hole in a cardboard. The single starts were awarded as a NO star or below were not an option.

I bought this telescope as a Christmas gift for my grandson--yes, I do shop waaay ahead of time). It looks like a nice gift for a young teen who is interested in science.

I bought this telescope as an introductory tool for my 11 year old son. Of course my husband & I had to try it out on the full moon. It is very shaky and not as accurate through the viewing scope as through the lense. I wouldnt recomend it if you are looking for something with a "wow" factor.
