Though it doesn't cost thousands, I found it to be effective. My doctor has an expensive one and I found this one to be as effective as his machine. Use it 1minute at a time for 1 minute--several times a day - to help with circulation, pain in knees and back, swelling. It does refresh. I found I could stand in line and walk on concrete in the store without the usual pain -After using this for a few times in a couple days. My endurance was better almost immediately. My doctor and reviews said to not overdo I to soon or too much. Eagerness might cause problems. Each day shows improvement exponentially. I am overweight, diabetic, with disabilities, and recovering from longtime injuries. I found no pressure on my joints. I found my morning blood sugar to decrease significantly the first two days I used it -20 points each day- and has sustained it during the holiday season. My Mother has knee problems, COPD, and ambulatory problems due to knee injuries. She stops to use it for a minute at a time, feels it is easy, and is helping her feel better with better stamina.

Loving this machine! It helps my aches and pains in knees and hips when I use it daily - yes, I am (moderately) old! I did feel a bit of motion sickness when I first started, but have been adding on a minute at a time and it's so much better. Bending my knees keeps the extreme motion away from my head and neck. The machine is stable, heavy duty and hard working, with a great large size vibrating plate.
