I'd been looking for a multi-position bench with decline for several months, scouring the reviews, looking in stores, etc. This bench has A LOT of variable settings and comfort levels, and feels stable at each one of them. Additionally it fits me (5'7", 150 lbs.) and my husband (6'3", over 200 lbs.). That being said, it is longer than most of the benches out there, but the more I use it the happier I am with the purchase. Noteworthy: I put it together in about 15 minutes. All necessary tools and parts are included, and diagrams are straightforward.

The bench is a good buy compared to other similar products. Easy to assemble and modify. Not very sturdy. Adequately comfortable. Purchased to match Valor Bench/ Squat combo. Overall, I'm luke warm about the purchase.
