I use this to bench inside a sqaut rack. Bench is very solid, and easy to assemble. The foot-pads keep it from sliding on my carpet. 16" height allows you to get great leg drive leverage. And Overstock has the best price I could find anywhere.

I searched every site on the web and Overstock had the best price hands down. The ground shipping from CA to PA was a little slow, but I can accept that for the great price.

This bench is really good quality. It's very heavy construction and seems like it can be used in an actual gym/commercial setting versus a home gym. It does not wabble even though it has a sleek design. Assembly is easy - it comes with the tool and nuts/bolts and takes only a few minutes. The dimensions specified are off compared to the actual bench. The bench I received is: 16" high from the floor to the top of the pad (it would be about a quarter of an inch higher if it is placed on a solid floor - mine is placed on carpet and it sinks into the carpet a bit), 21" wide at the widest foot, 4 feet long at the longest point on the feet, and the pad is 11" wide X 45" long X 2.75 inches thick, Shipping was fast and the packaging was super sturdy. Great product and good value considering the quality and sturdiness of this bench.

The bench was a good value, came quickly and was easy to put together. It feels solid. The only possible complaint would be some oil seeping into the packing from somewhere. No evidence of it now that it's set up.

I bought this bench to use with my new power rack, and am very satisfied with it. The footings, especially the single one in the front, might look small, but in person they are not small at all, and the bench is rock solid. Construction is very heavy-duty, the metal is strong and the welds looked good. I have already had upwards of 500 pounds on the bench(myself + weight) with no problems at all. The pad is very thick and comfortable to lay on. I was extremely impressed with the box the bench was shipped in, it was very thick and strong, to the point of maybe being overkill, but impressive. I'm really glad I bought this bench over some of the others I looked at, it seems like something that will last me a long time.
