Great for Training!
My husband bought this home gym for me for Christmas and I LOVE IT!!!! Its perfect for the home workout your looking for. We bought an Everlast Heavy Bag for it. The only thing is that you need to either buy some weights for it to have it stay steady or drill it into the ground. Either way its GREAT for that home workout youve been looking for!
