This is the ideal weight bench that does not require a spotter. The bench is sturdy, well built, and substantial, without taking up too much space. The only negative I can think of is the rubber pads that stick on to the rest mount for the independent arms do not support the weight very well. The rubber pads are already worn where the arms rest on top of it, and that's for only about 180lbs. Other than that, this is a great piece of equipment, even more so for the price.
