The new Valor Fitness 3-in-1 Grid Roller offers 3 distinct layers for self-myofascial release. The outer Grid offers a dense knobble surface to penetrate dense muscle groups.   • how firm are the two larger rollers ? this is important when considering purchase of this item

    • This is very hard to answer – it will vary from user to user. The best answer we could come up with is that it is about a 7 on a scale from 1 to 10 – 10 being a PVC pipe often used as a foam roller. It is firm, but does has some cushioning. Both larger rollers are about the same.
