First off, Overstock.com had the best price on this bike out of all the sites and stores I researched. I have had this bike for about a month now and use it 5 - 6 days a week.
I had been looking for an exercise bike because running on the treadmill has become difficult for me with knee pain (high impact in running), and as soon as I got this bike I was instantly able to start out with 45 minute workouts (versus only 25 I could do on the treadmill). Unfortunately, about one week after this bike delivered I had a fall outside the house and bruised up both of my knees. Still I decided to try continuing with my bike to see if I could bare it with hurt knees, and I had no problem keeping up with my workouts on the bike while my knees healed from the fall. This bike is VERY low impact and gives you a great chance for a workout with 10 different resistance levels. Plus I love to add an extra 10 minutes of just arms at the end of my workout - you can't do that with other bikes! The arms feature on this one is excellent. One note, if you want to do arms at the same time as pedaling with your legs, you won't get any resistance on the arms. You only get resistance on the arm pedals when you are not using the leg pedals.
We had one minor issue when assembling the bike because the instructions did not show one of the pieces you need to put together the seat adjustment bar, but fortunately that piece had been included in the hardware and we were able to figure it out for ourselves. Two of us put this bike together in a couple of hours. The bike is very quiet (unlike our treadmill) which makes it great for watching TV while working out. The only thing they could do to improve this bike would be to add a cup/bottle holder for your water. I definitely recommend this bike for anyone, but especially for those who need low impact cardio workouts!
