Horrible, no value...not even 500 cards

I received 23 packs of generic cards. not 500 cards like advertised. Do not buy!!!! horrible. I am embarrased to even give these to my son for christmas.

ALL TOPPS, NO CARDS AS PICTURE, SOME ROOKIES BUT FROM TOPPS SO NOT WORTH MUCH, MIGHT BUY 1 MORE TIME BUT WILL THINK ABOUT IT VERY HARD ...
