It did the job
This is what I was looking for. Not too expensive (in fact, very inexpensive) and it lightly protected my scooter from the harsh Chicago winter. I am not sure it is waterproof, but there wasn't ice and rust on my scooter under when I took the cover off, so, overall a good product!

You get what you pay for...
This cover is very cheap which was a huge plus! But the quality is also cheap... It does its job, but dont expect it to last long.

Bike cover to thin
This cover is really thin and for a few bucks more you can probably get a better cover. I had a hole in mines a few weeks after purchasing. It's ok if you want to fold it and take it with you for a rainy day to keep your bike seat dry. If it's a lot of rain, this is not good for that because a strong wind blew this off my motorcycle. I had to purchase a stronger, plastic one to go on top of this one.

It works
I bought this to cover my large cargo bicycle (not a motorcycle). It seems to work well and has protected the bike during a very wet May.
