I bought this for my 15 year old son, the aspiring pro basketball player. He has been going to the gym to "bulk up" as he puts it , and his father and I were trying to explain to him that in order to keep your agility , you need specific weight training, As your typical teenager he doesn;t believe a thing you say, so I was thrilled to come upon this book for a stocking stuffer. It has become his new workout "bible" Thanks Overstock and specifically thankyou to the writer, you have saved some drama in the house.
