The Ultimate Fitness Object incorporates more than 30 innovative workouts for the upper body, lower body, and abs that combine core, yoga, and Pilates style movements.
Unlike other products that can place stress on your lower back and joints, the Ultimate Fitness Object was designed to actually stretch and strengthen you back, making it an ideal exercise product for increasing mobility and strength in your torso.
The key is that the Ultimate Fitness Object allows the user to move the lower body rearward. It is better for abdominal effectiveness and safer for the lower back than any competitive product on the market today.

Customer Reviews
This product does provide a workout for your abs and core, but feels a bit uncomfortable/unstable, especially when moving up in the levels of difficulty, which require further range of motion. Video is poor quality, product lacks versatility... on the plus side, it is a quick workout, but I was bored after the first week.

THIS MACHINE I BOUGHT FOR A GOOD ALL AROUND EXERCISE. ITS LOUSY, HURTS TO USE, IS UNSATABLE AND DOESN'T EVEN WORK ANY MUSCLES WITHOUT STRAINING OTHERS

Just recieved this a little later than expected due to unreadable label. Product arrived in box that looked like it had been previously opened and taped shut. The instructional video that came with it was 10 minutes at most. No users manual with mine. However did try the exercises on the short video and found that they were simple to do and could feel them working. The instructional video demonstrated several exercises but gave no suggestions as to how many repetitions so I just quessed. Does seem like it could get boring pretty quickly.
