This product does provide a workout for your abs and core, but feels a bit uncomfortable/unstable, especially when moving up in the levels of difficulty, which require further range of motion. Video is poor quality, product lacks versatility... on the plus side, it is a quick workout, but I was bored after the first week.

Just recieved this a little later than expected due to unreadable label. Product arrived in box that looked like it had been previously opened and taped shut. The instructional video that came with it was 10 minutes at most. No users manual with mine. However did try the exercises on the short video and found that they were simple to do and could feel them working. The instructional video demonstrated several exercises but gave no suggestions as to how many repetitions so I just quessed. Does seem like it could get boring pretty quickly.

For those ladies who have dealt with the proverbial "baby pouch" that just won't go away... this is the piece of equipment to target that area and more! For 26 years I have battled with that one area that just haunted me. Since purchasing and using the UFO I have already shed 1 inch in that area alone. I've also had a knee replacement and other knee is damaged/unrepaired and this "padded" piece of exercise equipment is comfortable to them. Trust me when I say comfortable and easy to use. It is not cheap or flimsy. I give this two thumbs up and wish I'd discovered it many years ago!
