poor quality
My two nephews LOVE this tent! However, as the person who bought it, I was a little disappointed with quality. The poles were too long and during the boys play in the tent, one of the poles actually bent due to the stress. Luckily their dad figured out that all he had to do was cut approx 1/2 inch off each pole. Now the fabric fits fine over the frame, even if the corners are racked.

2-in-1 playhouse is wonderful
Clever design allowing switch from clubhouse to fire hall is so easy to convert, assembly took 8 minutes without the directions -- would have required only 4 if they'd at least looked at the pictures -- and materials are strong enough to withstand the workout a group of 4 year olds can provide. Good-looking, colorful, lightweight to make it easy to move. One caution: Don't erect near hard furniture. The kids forget what's "outside" and of course, cloth walls are not meant to provide protection. It was a huge hit with both kids and adults for Christmas, and the quality of workmanship and ease of assembly pleased me. Well worth the price.

Sturdy enough for a 3 year old
I like the way the tent acts like a "fitted sheet" to keep all the poles in place. When I was putting together the poles for the frame, I was worried it would not be sturdy enough for my 3 year old toddler boy, but once the tent is around the pole, it keeps it together. Of course, my toddler then started going after the pole joints themselves, but my he's off the charts in the destruction dept ... I probably just need to duct tape the joints to make it harder for him to deconstruct. Despite that, I still think it's still a good product for the price.
